"Everything was very good. We had a good, clean room and got a few hours sleep before an early flight. We felt it was a good value all around. The hotel uses the Keck Parking shuttle which was flawless."

"I had called ahead to verify about my reservation and to get the address. When I walked in the front desk gal welcomed me by name. Very polite and professional! I definitely wi be staying there again!"

"They were very nice, but we had to request clean washclothes toilet paper, and kleenex twice, and still didn't have them after 4 pm. This only happened one day out of our 4 day stay. "

"We got stopped in Des Moines December 30th from a snow storm and decided to stay here. Best choice ever! The staff was sooo helpful! We had nothing with us so they gave us everything we needed! The pool was amazing! We got to swim in the outdoor part while it snowed on us. It was amazing. And yes the pool was still very warm even though it is indoor and outdoor. The beds were so comfy! And the breakfast was great! We may come stay again tomorrow just for fun!!! "
