"Check in was normal except I had to sign a document confirming occupancy which I have never been required to sign before at any other hotel. The hot water in the bathroom did not stay hot and took a very long time to warm up. The floor above had children that kept jumping off the bed to the floor and when we complained the front desk told us there was nothing they could do until after 10 pm.
