"We enjoyed the stay and the hotel had a wonderful location. Breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection. The hotel conditon lackwd up keep. Several broken tiles in the bathroom did cit one of our guests food (tile under sink) Doors dont latch etc. Staff would not refesh coffee and room servive was skipped once. "

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. "Some minor improvements would make the rooms even better, for example, a smart tv, the safe wasnt working and there was a fair bit of noise from the rooftop bar into our room. That being said, i loved the hotel."
