“This cottage is absolutely the cutest! I wish I would have booked an additional night. We were in New Hope for a wedding and did get to take advantage of the peaceful cottage grounds, that are absolutely gorgeous! I will be returning soon. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you! Such great people!!Highly recommend!! ”

“Loved this charming old house in Lambertville. It has a lot of charme and is a 5 min walk to downtown Lambertville w/o being right in the middle of all the traffic and commerce. First floor has a nice living room/dining room kitchen flow and upstairs there are two nice size rooms w/ plenty of light. Decor of the house is nice and we felt right at home. We celebrated a friends birthday and this house was perfect for that occasion. Plenty of time spend in the house as well as in town shopping,……

“Eleanor and Kurt's Gothic Village is a piece of preserved history of the New Hope, PA artist colony over the last century. The two rental cottages are adorable, but they ARE historic and come with some minor signs of their age (and challenges to ours). The bathroom is tiny, though serviceable, and the kitchen is only modestly equipped. But there is a two burner stove and sink and a small table for two. Kurt is the grandson of a noted artist and full on historical knowledge. He and his mom,……

“Planning to attend an event at a nearby winery, my husband and I decided to book a VRBO in the area - sort of a mini-vacation. So glad we chose Idyllic Cottage! It's clean, comfortable, and so welcoming. We go to the area occasionally to bike ride, usually making it a day trip. But now we're likely to stay a few days having found this lovely cottage. ”

“The hosts were generous and kind. The home was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with essentials. The outdoor space was also well maintained and had a lot of space for kids to run around. The staircases were steep and would probably have been a deterrent if I saw a picture of them beforehand. ”

“Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.”

“This was our second stay at the cottage and it was in the same excellent condition as the first time. Clean, pristine, and bright. Excellent hospitality. Next time we might actually cook or BBQ something, or maybe not as nearby there are some great restaurants. Mostly we just enjoy being in such a peaceful and quiet location with open sky.”

“Gorgeous house located in a very peaceful part of Pennsylvania. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home. An abundance of items to make you feel at home including a well stocked pantry, soft towels, beautiful bedding and a really helpful book to show you the benefits of the area. Perfect getaway only 1.5 hours from NYC but felt like a million miles away. Really great host, responsive and helpful. We will definately be returning. ”

“We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power……
