「This is a lovely little gem. Although it's a tiny space, it really suited my needs perfectly. The hosts, Kevin and Dawn, were gracious and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Just a few short blocks from the beach and you're able to enjoy all the Jersey shore offers. The cottage is packed with amenities and considerate touches that made me feel at home. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.」

The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!」

「There was a glitch at check-in and owner was unavailable (due to work related issues) which caused delays in getting into property. After a 5hr drive with kids it was frustrating. All fixed eventually. Love this place would come back.」

「Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...
