Stayed at this beautiful home for a wedding trip. Very spacious and accommodating. Felt like home. Our host Bob was absolutely wonderful and so hospitable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Check in was seamless the home was very nice & just as described. There were 9 adults & 2 children. We weren't there much but there were many amenities , if we had the time.to use them. We were up for a family reunion at another location. Close proximity to Center harbor & the lake.

Lake bliss in Moultonborough
We completed a stay this past week at this very well appointed and extremely accommodating home. We were greeted by a welcome basket, full of goodies and a bottle of wine, and by the owner, Bob, who gave us a complete rundown of everything we needed to know about the house. It was a good thing Bob lived next door as, on our second night, we experienced three power failures due to the severe thunderstorms that rocked the area. Bob got the generators up and running in no time. This home is about 30 minutes from Meredith and five minutes from Castle in the Clouds. The entire Lake Winnipesaukee region is one of the most beautiful places to visit anywhere in the United States. Access to the lake is provided by a private beach, which is about 1200 feet from the house. Just a beautiful, restful place to visit. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had to book a place for my sons wedding. Loved that we were able to book from a Wednesday to Monday. Bob was very accommodating and the place was immaculate. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future bookings.

We enjoyed our stay in Bob’s home in Moultonborough. The house was perfect with a room on the third floor where the cousins slept. We had 5 children under the age of 8 and the nearby beach and the playground kept them busy. We would definitely rent again.

Fantastic wedding related stay
This was the perfect house for us and some of our extended family for our son's wedding at Castle in the Clouds in early July. The gathering spaces in the kitchen, living room and sun room were generous in size, comfortable and well appointed. All of the bedrooms were great and had very comfortable beds. It was a very short distance to Castle in the Clouds and a short distance in the neighborhood to the association beach. Bob was very pleasant and professional to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at his beautiful house.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as we had a wedding at The Castle in the Clouds which is a 5 min drive. We enjoyed being shown the property by the owner and learning more about him. You will not be disappointed when you stay here.

We All Loved It!
The house was beautiful. It was spacious, immaculate, well located and perfect for our family of 12! Our 5 grandchildren range in age from 11 to 4 and they all enjoyed the beautiful private beach, which is a 3 minute drive. The parking for our 6 cars was great! Bob, the owner/host was so friendly and yet he was never intrusive. We hope to be back next summer.

Amazing House -Close to the Lake
My family and I just spent almost a week at this property and we had an amazing time. The owner was extremely polite and made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. The house is located close to the lake but also far enough away to ensure that your have peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Bob’s home with our two kids and had a wonderful stay. The tub drain wasn’t working and he dropped off a plug so quickly. Very accommodating and takes very good care of this property. Would recommend to any one looking for a relaxing stay close to the water!

Perfect rental
This house was perfect for us as we were here for our daughters wedding at The Castle in the Clouds. The minute we walked in the home you could see the pride the owner takes in not only his property but making sure it’s perfect for the people renting. It’s was better then we even expected. We had a lot of family also up renting places and this house was by far the best one. Thank you Bob for your beautiful home rental.

Perfect Getaway
Nothing can describe this place better than perfect. With the incredible organization, cleanliness and convenience of the property and the kindness of the host, it was hard not to feel at home here. The place is gorgeous and Bob the host had great suggestions of places to visit around the area, like the Castle in the Clouds. This place comfortably slept all 9 of us and everything went so smoothly, you would have thought we had stayed there 100 times already. The price is also unbeatable. You cannot find anything else in there area for this value. I cannot thank Bob enough and hope to visit this place again soon!

Family retreat at Balmoral
It was evident from the moment we arrived that a lot of care and planning went into this beautiful home to make it a fun and comfortable vacation home for all ages. Our teenaged grandkids enjoyed the horseshoe pit and cornhole game and there was plenty of space both inside and out to spread out and enjoy TV, conversations and board games. The nearby beach was great for families. Plenty of space and picnic tables, a volley ball net and lots of friendly families enjoying the beautiful weather. Bob was a gracious host. He welcomed us , showed us around when we arrived and let us know that we could contact him whenever needed. This is a great spot near the lake and near many attractions that we would love to return to in the future.

60th birthday trip
We stayed at the property for my dad’s 60th birthday. We didn’t realize the owner lived on the property, which we were a little nervous about, but we never saw or heard him so it was not an issue. The beach was a short walk from the house and was a lot of fun! The house was very well maintained, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Amazing location, probably an 8 minute walk to the beach. It did rain basically the whole time we were there, but we found the house to be big enough for all 12 adults and had all the amenities needed. The one thing we were surprised to find out upon arrival is the owner lives on the premises, in a section/part of the house past the garage which would have just been nice to know beforehand. He was very nice and welcoming, just something I may like to know if I am renting. All in all a great stay.
