"The night of check-in there was a small issue did not have working TV in the room. I am a regular gas for work. I stay at La Quinta. It was not resolved that evening, but Jackie the general manager is amazing. I appreciate her so much. She took care of me the next day. Making sure everything was working correctly. Without any hesitation, she knew and knows. I'm a frequent guest there and she understood how I was feeling but she got right on it. I'm happy everything worked out. It is my favorite place to stay."

"Staff was nice, place was surprisingly quiet. Not the best neighborhood, but a $200 a night Holiday Inn Express is next door so money won’t improve location. Older facility but I didn’t see any issues with cleanliness. On a budget, I’ll stay again, no drama no problems."

"This is my Go To place in Pleasanton, CA. Very consistent in all services and amenities. Great hot breakfast every day, and always coffee and tea in the lobby with tables and chairs to enjoy. Rooms have a TV that one can "cast to", so you can choose your own programming from your phone apps. And now there is a small strip of stores and eateries next door, so easy food availabulity. Front desk staff/mgr were friendly and efficient. The kitchenettes are well stocked to keep/re-heat restaurant left overs."
