"The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed."

"The ROKU TV for TV entertainment is unacceptable. The front desk clerk actually had to sign into his private Spectrum account so we could watch network TV. Also, having to pay a premium cost for coffee and tea is unacceptable. We probably won’t stay there again for our yearly visit to Rockland. "

"The bathrooms are horrendous!!! It looks like they used outdated fixtures from other properties and nothing matches. Mixed matched tile patch jobs, mold covered in caulk……just nasty. Toilet from the 60’s that wobbles….many other items too!!! Entire motel needs updated!!!"
