"To be honest, it was a bit disappointing. The resort is beautiful and when it opened it was probably top notch. But it isn’t being looked after to the standard it aspires to. The room wasn’t close to being clean enough for the hotel grade and the price paid. There were surface things like children’s hand prints on doors and windows but longer term issue like black mold in the shower and the high windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in months. "Plung pool on balcony and views along coastline are amazing. The size of the suite is huge. Food in restaurant was lovely. Not much to do in local area but bus shops outside, which also goes to airport and Georgetown. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from Dimsum, eggs station, cereal, fruit and Danish treats. Definitely would stay again."

"Booked this place for my dad and his friends and they totally loved it! Morning market, great hawker food, streets stalls just around the corner great for earlybird like them. Few landmarks within 10mins drive, town area in just 20mins. Hotel building may looked small but dont be fool by it! Room was spacious, clean environments no less than 5stars hotel. Service was great too. Highly recommended of you are here to penang. "

"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."
