"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

"Place looks to have been recently done up and rooms are spotless. Room was a bit too warm with a warm duvet and couldn't get room below 19 degrees. Check-in was very slow as they wanted ID and then for cuatomers to sign up to something to check in to the room half an hour early. " Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle,toaster,stove which we wanted. If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend."
