"The check in staff were helpful and so kind! The trolley was a plus because I cannot drive at night. My daughter and I felt so safe, and the breakfast was a banger!!! "

"I had a great stay. I felt like was home. I didn't have a problem and it was my TV remote had bad batteries. Housekeeper gave me two(2) batteries. "

"Only complaint was room coffeemaker had coffee ground holder missing. Talked with front desk and missing part was never provided."

"Thid was the second time that booked through Hotels.com that I reserved a king room but when I got there the hotel showed I reserved 2 queen beds. Luckily both were able to fix and update, but if they wouldn't have had a king available... it would have ruined the trip. I don't know if it's an issue with Hotels.com/Expedia or the hotels, but I will be checking with the hotel the next time before I get there. The staff were great, we loved the happy hour and the free breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again."
