“Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect ”

“It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK ”

“This is a lovely property to stay in and we’d certainly book again. A new experience, from a check in perspective, in that you don’t see anyone, but that was fine. We didn’t like booking through Expedia, however, because they have taken a dual payment. It apparently takes up to seven days for the money to be reimbursed to one’s bank account, we’re still waiting! NB. This isn’t the fault of the Cransley, I hasten to add.”

“Room was excellent and Hospitality was the best i have had. Karl really went the exra mile to make sure everything from the room to your breakfast was perfect. Will 100% stay here again and i would even say this was soo much better than alot of hptels i have stayed in. ”

“Very good homemake breakfast. But the heat is not enough at night time. It was set to stop at mid night. It was app 5 C st mid night.”

“We have just returned after a stay in this property. All I can say is WOW! It has everything you need. If you forget any toiletries the owner David has supplied a box in the bathroom with an assortment in. He even supplies eye masks and ear plugs. We stayed in the Spa room the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed and black out blinds. The TV showed Amazon prime and netflix. The bathroom is big with a massive jacuzzi bath. The whole property is spotless. I defy anyone to find any……

“Lovely room, nice simple but well stocked self service breakfast, comfy bed, very clean and tidy bathroom. My double room was a good size for me, and the location so near to Poole park is great. ”

“Great little guesthouse in a convenient, if hilly, location! Wasn't sure about the shower room being separate to the bedroom but the thoughtful provision of a robe to go to and from it made it a bit better. Very comfortable bed and a fan provided if room was too warm but I managed with an open window instead. Breakfast was a self service, basic, continental but perfectly adequate with a selection of juice, cereal, bread, packaged croissants and pain au chocolate, yoghurt and fresh fruit.”

“Had a fantastic stay matt and Mel made us very welcome at there property breakfast was amazing room was lovely there was a fridge to use for milk and water and Mel made some lovely banana muffins nothing was to much trouble for them definitely use them again ”
