"This hotel is really great. It may look a bit tired from the outside but ince in through the doors the decoration, atmosphere and warmth of it and the staff would be hard to beat. The room we stsyed in was small but perfectly formed which was as expected due to the description when we booked and again decorated to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good."

The advantage of Lytham is the proximity to shops and restaurants, however our recent stay was spoilt by the level of noise/music coming from Henry Street which was below our room 107. Would not stay in this side of the hotel again although Mode Hotels are otherwise very good."

"Although small, the apartment has everything you could need (room 303). Would prefer a larger bed and would usually book a room with a super king, but as this was a last minute booking, we had no option as this was the only room available. The pool area was nice, with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The only negative was that the room was too warm and due to being on the ground floor felt unable to leave windows open due to security. "
