"Check in was easy, parking was okay, would be a challenge if we had a larger vehicle. Reception was helpful. Stairs to unit are quite steep, especially when trying to drag a suitcase up them. Rooms are absolutely huge and the couch and bed was super comfortable. The mini bar was useful and place was nice and close to amenities, would definately stay here again. "

"The heating had been switched on before we arrived. Which was great as it was very cold. The cabin was very comfortable and well fitted out. Couldn't get the electric blankets to work. The supplied toiletries had been used as had the milk in the fridge. Admittedly at a quick glance that was not obvious."

"Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet, which took away the ambience and our ability to sit by the lake or use the tennis court. However the indoor spa and gym are ideal for the person wanting to relax or get some exercise, plus the indoor pool was close by. Recommend a visit but I expect that it is very busy in the warmer months given what it offers. 10/10"

"Linton Retreat and Spa was so peaceful and beautiful we spent a bit of time fantasising about moving to Linton. The cabin would be great for a small group and is perfect for a couple. The hot tub soothed away anxiety and replaced it with a relaxed well being. There were generous and high quality supplies - home made bread, jam, plenty of milk, cereal, butter and so on.
