Lovely condo with awesome location and view!
This was a perfect spot for our family of four. The bedrooms felt private, as the walls were thick, and it made for a great sleeping environment for all. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful view. It could use a few touch-ups and door handle tightening, and it would also be nice if there were hot pads and salt/pepper, but otherwise, we were very well set up. Management was prompt and communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!

the perfect Pigeon Forge stay
This place was absolutely fabulous. Gives a luxury resort feeling. Excellent view from a big balcony. Walk in shower with a jacuzzi type tub for the master bedroom. Kitchen was perfect with everything you need to fix meals. Two bedrooms, two baths, great for couples and couple with kids. Couch is big enough to sleep on if need to. Even had a christmas tree in living room! Located 5 minutes from main boulevard, yet the neighborhood was peaceful & quiet. Elevator access was great. Property manager Stacy was great. Very responsive & wants to keep you satisfied. I simply communicated via texting, when ever needing something, which was very rare, everything was just perfect. Will definitely be staying here again & for a much longer duration.

Excellent Choice in Pigeon Forge!
This condo is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. I received the door code via email shortly before we arrived. We had no problem with check in or check out. The condo had plenty of room for our family and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a good location and easy to access. The view from the balcony was great. The check in was convenient and the owners kept us informed of everything that we needed to do. We were even able to check in early which was a plus. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. Totally recommend staying there.

Big Bear did not disappoint

The location was great for our plans. The roads heading back down were a little tight with the larger vehicles parked in the other rentals. The place could have used a little bit more attention to cleaning and could have used some more coffee/tea cups. Also (and this is petty) a full sized kitchen trash can. It was a waste of a second bag because you couldn't get enough trash in it. We were not a fan of the glass block wall between the bedroom and bath. If you turned the lights on in the bathroom, the bright light shone right into the bedroom. Not good while someone is sleeping. Overall it was a nice place and the people were great to deal with. We would consider staying there again if the need arises.

Sisters get away to a beautiful condo in PF, TN
There are way too many words to put down on how easy it was to reserve this condo. From the owners to the managers, and even the maintance man at the condo went above and beyond to answer any questions you had. The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge, it was well stocked with towels, wash clothes, dishes and all the things you needed. Beautiful view, soft beds, nice pool, just too much to describe about this place. Easy to get to. Sunny and Stacey were wonderful. My husband was not feeling well one night, and they asked if they could bring him anything. You will not get this kind of service from any other place. I will definitely stay there over and over. My sisters and I said this is our place to stay when we do our sisters getaway like this time. You will never be disappointed staying here. Hated to leave and come home. Please book you stay here and enjoy all the wonderful this PF has to offer, We are local people so will not steer you wrong.

Amazing View.
Had a great stay. Condo is as advertised. Spacious and Clean, with amazing views. Resort itself was clean and well maintained. It was hard to find from street, the first time, no signs from the street. And the driveway is steep, But would definitely stay again.
