Perfect location!
Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the LeConte Center! The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the elevator made for easy access. Would definitely stay here again!

The location, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable along with the pillows but the mattress sides were badly stained. Washer and dryer work great.

Good location
Good location. Nice furniture. Clean. Ducks extremely loud at night. Electrical really bad. Needed flashlights to dress and put on makeup. No instructions or pin number to use with TV so we were not allowed to watch many stations . Toilet ran every 5-6 minutes.

Neat and convenient
I really enjoyed the area we were at. It was super close to everything without being hard to get to. While it might not have the most state of the art appliance, everything worked great. The area was peaceful and relatively quiet. Just as a heads up, the river is directly behind the condo so you will hear ducks and geese when they are around, but that's nothing the lister can do about that.

The condo was roomy and spacious. We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese from the patio. We slept well because the nights were in the 80’s but the air conditioning would not be sufficient in the summer. The coffee pot made good hot coffee. Be sure and bring a hair dryer if needed; not one available. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet tissue. The area was in a good place and we always felt safe. I would stay here again except in really hot months.

Great location relative to multiple venues/evening activities. Kitchen small but did well for feeding a family of 4, adequate utensils, pots and pans. Quality skillets! Far enough off the main road that you don’t hear road noise, but easy access to main drive through city

River Escape Pigeon Forge
The host and Vacasa overall is a wonderful company who cares about it's guests. The condo I stayed in was nice but it was hot when I arrived and there was an odor along with a sticky kitchen table and nasty window blinds. Overall I'll give this place a 4 out of 5. Probably will stay here again. The location and price is definitely a plus.

Could use some more AC/Heat
For us the stay was great. However, for the middle of the summer, one of the bedrooms may be on the warm side and if winter months it may be on the cool side. The AC/heat unit in the bedroom was nonfunctional, without even an outlet to plug it in.
