Only issue, floors need to be cleaned. Walking barefoot & feet were black. Everything else was great. No problems. Will stay again.

You can see the fireworks and drone show at Dollywood amazingly from the porch. The room was very clean. We had an amazing time. Check in and check out was simple. I would definitely recommend to stay here again.

Very clean!
This property was super clean! Communication was lacking with the host however. I sent messages that went un acknowledge. Our stay was great tho. We all slept comfortably and everything was clean. The jetted tub in the primary room doesn’t work and could use some updated coffee mugs and pot. Would stay again!

Nice condo to stay
We enjoyed our visit as a family of 4. Nice condo. Our kids (ages 11 and 8) enjoyed the pool almost nightly. We enjoyed the covered balcony. Beds were comfy! Just a few cons to mention: white towels should be replaced if there are stains on them (a lot of them had stains). My daughters wanted to use the jacuzzi tub but a hair ball came out of maybe one of the jets? Also, get a pizza pan for frozen pizzas! Would visit again. Thanks!

Overall the property was clean, easy access. Conveniently located. The only complaint was the AC unit was rather noisy. Otherwise, it was a quite comfortable place to stay.

The property was beautiful. The room was very spacious, well decorated and in an amazing location. The indoor pool was nice and clean, along with the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again. The price was nice too.

The Little Things Made a Difference
Great property, however, the bare minimum was provided and these are the things that people don't travel with. The air-conditioning was too noisy. The remote in one of the rooms needed to be replaced because there was no cover to hold the batteries. All remote batteries needs changing, wine bottle opener was broken, the range drawer was broken and the patio needed to be swept (segarette butts) and finally, the wall clock didn't work. P/s, I will be a repeat visitor regardless.
