Great stay. Very family-friendly cabin with a game room and movie theatre. Very close to Main drag in Pigeon Forge and not a difficult drive up the mountain. Plenty of parking and easy access to the cabin.

The Cabin was beautiful and equipped with all the amenitiesof home. It is perfect for families. It was close to everything but secluded at the same time. We hope to vacation there in the future.

This was a great, clean and fun house. Fireside Chalet was wonderful to work with. The location is up in the mountains a little to feel like you were away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to all in Pigeon Forge.

The Home met all expectations. Was clean, had all the necessary items for a comfortable, home away from home stay. The property managers were great and answered all questions there were. Will definitely use them again.

This chalet had everything our family of seven needed. It was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The fact that it was no more than five minutes to the heart of Pigeon Forge was perfect for our families plans. Our three teens really made use of the hot tub, pool table, and multiple TVs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The Playful Bear was exactly as advertised and our family had a blast staying there for the Christmas holiday. We especially loved the home theater with movie popcorn maker, stadium seats, sound speakers and more. I can’t say enough about the memories we created and look forward to the next time.

The cabin was just the right size for our group of 9. The kids had fun hanging downstairs with the movie room and shuffle board in the game room and enjoyed the bunk beds. It was a short drive to Dollywood everyday. We enjoyed our visit. There is currently a lot of nearby cabin construction going on in the area. It was not a big deal to us, but renters should be aware.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Playful Bear. We really loved the game room. The location was great for visiting all the local tourist spots. The area is under heavy construction right now. There is some noise from this. It wasn’t too bad but something to be aware of. The home was super cute and had everything you could need or want.

The Playful Bear was a great cabin for our family. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating to us due to a child with some special needs. The location was great and the game room and theater was a hit with the kids and family. My only issue was the part in the listing that said communal pool and the pool was a 10-15 min drive from where we were at which was a little disappointing for the kids. Besides that this was a great cabin and experience we recommend this for a family trip to Pigeon Forge
