“Spacious room, enormous bathroom, spotlessly clean and well decorated, excellent quality bedding with an electric blanket for extra warmth. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Grounds are very well maintained. Chalets are separate from each other which provides peace and privacy. Great sunset view over the surrounding area. “We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.”

“Good and comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices near restaurants and shops. Decent breakfast served by friendly and helpful host. Huge garden to wander in. Neat and comfortable rooms (some are really huge) with DSTV and WIFI. Cosy honesty bar on premises.Safe of street parking. Recommended if you do not insist on a five star lodge, this one is fully deserving of its 3.”

“Perfect for a quick overnight. Secure parking. You’ll have your own fob to the gate and can leave and drop the keys in a lockbox. Comfortable bed. The lady who greeted me was extremely kind. Thanks!!”

“This modern hotel with lovely rooms was great for our 2 night stay. Breakfast each morning was really nice and we ate in the restaurant both evenings which was also lovely. Our first night we were disappointed that the fillet steak on the menu wasn't available and mentioned this to the restaurant manager, who said he'd take care of it and true to his word, the next evening it was available. It was delicious, cooked to perfection. The pool for a hotel this size we felt was maybe a little too……

“Family on our way to Natal for December holidays. We booked 3 rooms. Only problem was we got wifi pins but still didnt help. No cellphone signal the whole time. We had to check in on a daily basis with the person taking care of our pets at home and could not even text or call.”

“80er Jahre Stil, „in die Jahre gekommen“, aber die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, nicht runtergewirtschaftet, die Leute an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, die Lage ist für die Durchreise perfekt, gegenüber ein Einkaufszentrum, mehrere Tankstellen, McDrive für den Morgen-Kaffee… Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.”

“A fantastic place to stay with lovely cottages, a pool, bar, restaurant and delightful gardens with lots of birds. Andre and his family and staff provide us with really helpful and friendly service definitely going the extra mile for us. Dinner is a set menu but you can ask for an alternative. The chicken pie may be the best chicken pie I have ever eaten.”
