Newly remodeled townhouse In the heart of Northeast Phoenix near Desert Ridge and City North restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Easy access to all Phoenix/Scottsdale has to offer. Quiet unit located on the interior of the community a few short steps from the community pool. Enjoy AZ evenings on the patio and rest up for all your vacation adventures in our brand new beds. Master ensuite bathroom with large closet. Convenient second floor laundry. Keyless entry and private free garage parking.

*Please note Vehicles must be parked in the garage at night. Garage space is small and large SUV's and trucks do not fit. Please consider this when renting a car or booking. Please contact Suzie if you have any questions.

We had a wonderful time in this house. The interior is very welcoming, functional and decorated tastefully. We also enjoyed the amenities the community had to offer. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are great. We would love to come back soon.

Perfect location!
Suzie was an outstanding host. Our month long stay was perfect! Townhouse is a very shot distance to the pool. And there is another heated pool for the neighborhood a short walk away that also includes exercise facility. Very near wonderful trailhead of Apache Wash and Pinnacle Peak. Will stay again if dates work out!

Outstanding Condominium With Excellent Location
We enjoyed our stay at Aviano. The condominium is impeccably maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location in north Phoenix was extremely convenient with quick access to Desert Ridge Shopping Center and areas of interest. The close proximity to major freeways made it easy to get to all areas of Phoenix quickly and safely. The Aviano Village is beautiful, and I recommend it highly to anyone who wants excellent accomodations in a secure location.

This property was a great place to stay- near the major loops and easily accessible inside a lovely gated and quiet community. Our condo was clean and inviting. Our host/hostess was easy to work with on all points. The kitchen wasn't extremely well stocked, however, Sprouts was nearby and there wasn't really a reason to cook when you have so many choices at Sprouts. we would stay again.!

As advertised
We would highly recommend this property to fellow travellers. The unit is as advertised- recently remodelled, lovely bathrooms and kitchen. The unit was very well equipped with anything you need. 3 larger bedrooms, comfortable beds and nice linens. Obviously a labor of love.
