The gentleman at check in was a delight. Very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and spacious. I was on the ground floor (my choice for convenience) and was very noisy but mostly from the person above me. I checked out very early in the morning and it was easy

Unfortunately walking around the area has an epidemic of homeless people making it depressing. Sidewalk was dirty from homelss leaving trash.

Definitely dated and run down. I wished I could have a better review, but Frontier Airlines has many issues as they charge for baggage fees and usually complimentary drinks on most airlines has a fee! And they say it’s an economy airlines, but by the time you pay all the the fees, you might as well go directly to a lagitament airlines! Because I’ve already payed the extra fees anyway! Sorry, but I will never fly with Frontier again….

Rhonda at morning desk was friendly and always cheerful making my stay pleasant. Housekeeping staff as well, kind and helpful. Clean, convenient and easy to access location. Huge parks behind hotel allow long dog walks. An excellent stay and recommended highly! Full size fridge with ice maker in kitchenette suite appreciated.

The hotel was very nice the staff was nice. However, I was supposed to be in a one bedroom and I was told when I came back in with my bags somebody is in my room and put me from the first floor to the third floor and I am not in a one-bedroom I'm in a regular room.

we had a great stay here and were impressed by the room for the cheap price! Highlights! - full kitchenette (fridge, microwave, 2 burners, cutlery, dishwasher) - spacious bathroom - great size studio room for 2 people - nice hot tub / pool area - very easy & convenient parking Notable - slight wear and tear on furniture probably due to age - slightly older building - small cleaning imperfections on check in (hair in shower) - small concession Overall it was a great hotel for the price, and was right next to the freeway which made travelling around very accessible. There were some flaws with the furniture due to age, but overall it is a great hotel unless you are looking for a luxury 5 start hotel
