This condo is in a beautiful complex with a Spanish style environment. It has aesthetically pleasing fountains located at the traffic circles within the gated community. The condo had everything we needed and Joel was very quick with his replies to our questions. We had a very peaceful, quiet trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay
This beautiful, clean, quiet condo was a perfect fit for me and my two granddaughters ages 6 and 10. Fully stocked and two minute walk to a wonderful pool and hot tub. Twenty minute drive to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Heard Museum. Kroger/Fry’s grocery store was just down the road. I would stay again upon return to Phoenix.

Great Spring Break stay!
We booked a last minute trip to Phoenix and this condo did not disappoint! The condo was very clean and the communication from the property manager was excellent. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and enjoyed using all the pools and hot tubs! A great stay for our family of 4!

Christmas in Arizona
Our family enjoyed a Christmas break in Arizona and it was wonderful! The home was just perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pools and the hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. We only scratched the surface of all of the things to see and do in Arizona and have put it on our list of places we'd like to return. The hosts were excellent and we felt very much at home there. It was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful place for a family to stay and enjoy the southwest!
Great property in Phoenix. Nice quiet neighborhood with a great central location to Phoenix and surrounding areas. Condo is very nice and spacious. Much better than a hotel. Space to relax with tvs in each room. Two bathrooms so no one is bickering. Very happy with our stay. Parking area is a little tight if you have a big rig like ours but we were able to park it in a spot along the fence no problem. Owner is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Pool and hot tub were a plus. Will book again!

Mixed feelings! (2 week stay)
Positives first: • Inside the gate was very presentable, well kempt by the property management landscapers • Joel and Curtis communicated well with my wife and I about check in and followed up as we were settling in. • We felt we had privacy, which was great, although at one point I was a little confused when we were asked if they could come by to change the cable box….with only a couple days left of our stay. I have to say though, there was a mutual understanding that the cable outage didn’t bother us. • All necessary kitchen and laundry essentials were very well appointed • Great view of the hills from the patio and the pool was so great • They we’re gracious by allowing our pet into the condo • Very close to a grocery store (Fry’s) and a pretty central location to go wherever Things someone might want to consider/things we thought would have been different: • As mentioned above, inside the gate was very presentable…outside the gate doesn’t seem safe • Our sons bike was taken off of our car. Even though Joel contacted security, we were told there was “no suspicious activity”. Several cameras are located at all gates and a few through out the palms. Is someone inside the gate responsible? We’ll never know • Even though the house was presentable, the floors turn your feet black. It’s not regular ol’ dirt… (we vacuumed and swept several times) it must be the flooring or maybe it’s just never been mopped. All in all we are thankful for our stay 👍

We enjoyed the three pools, and in the AZ heat the condo was super cool and we had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. Only thing I wish we had was a vacuum to clean the floors while we were there.
