Pool is not heated. Propane grill for outdoor cooking, Screened in patio for enjoying the beautiful weather bug free, Steel tip darts for fun and competitive entertaining!
The dining room has seating for 6 people and the kitchen has an eat in high top table. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to feel at home with granite counters and stainless steel appliances!

Sleeping arrangement for up to 8 guests (6 Adults maximum)
Main bedroom- 1 King
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen
Third Bedroom - 2 Twins
Air mattresses provided are 1 Queen & 1 Twin

Children ages 6 and older are allowed

Parking: Two small vehicles can fit in the garage & you’ll have two more spots on the driveway. No Street Parking.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 6am (HOA/noise sensitive neighbors, no parties or loud events)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Perfect place
We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfectly located by great food options. The pool was a hit with the kiddo and safety mechanisms were in place for chemicals and pool access that our 2 year old could not access. The house was comfortable and clean!

Great place to stay while away from home
Great place to stay and had everything we need to be comfortable while we were away for home for a week. Place was stocked up with some supplies in order to be able to wash beach towels and dishes. Check in instructions and checklist for check out was easy to follow and understand. This is our first vacation home rental and we will be sure to do it again.

Great Location Cozy Home
This home was in a perfect location for running around the PHX area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen full stocked, couch great for relaxation, and the pool was perfect for dipping and sun bathing. We liked the area so much we made an offer on the house across the street and bought a house on the other side of Hwy 202 two weeks later. House private too.
