Nascar Weekend
Having large dogs we always take them with us on vacation and need a property with a yard this worked great for us. It was centrally located for all our needs and worked well. Needs a little TLC but otherwise nice home.

Great location, not super clean
It was a nice large house, sadly it wasn't clean and that ruined it for me right out of the gate; the coffee mugs looked frshly drank out of, there were crumbs on the stove, tooth paste on the bathroom backsplash and mirrors. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I loved my dogs could join, but there was old dog poop in the yard when we arrived.

Title misleading
The house was great. We loved how close we were to the stadium. The owners need to take “heated” off the title as the pool is NOT heated unless you pay for it. The pool is cold. Also, when you fetch an Uber they get sent to the wrong location, so be sure to give them the actual address since they are given a range of house numbers.

Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here - despite being by a busy road, was pretty quiet - neighbors were great, good neighborhood and close to stores and great restaurants. The pool is not heated and price to heat was crazy expensive - glad I opted out because we hit weather in high 90's and being from MT, the pool was perfect. Its very clean, however the loungers are awful and could really use better poolside furniture. The lawn was nothing but weeds - I saw that in an earlier review and it really should be cleaned up - was not pleasant to look at. We found some Easter eggs from the renters before us, so thank you!! The house is rather drab and could def be updated for the price - I've stayed in way nicer vrbo's. But it was very clean. I probably wouldn't book again, unless the updates were made. The management company was quick to respond. Just seemed over-priced for what you get. Lots of towels, cookware was good, but sharpen the knives! Sorry this is a lot, but some people like all these details! Lots of pos things about this property, wouldn't take much to make it a lot better!! Thank you!!!!!

Difficult access
Property as described. Trash container was full only one day after scheduled pick-up, Large pile of filled plastic trash bags outside between the property and the neighboring property. Don't know whose trash there. Couldn't access the property as I couldn't open the lockbox with the provided code. Phone the provided number but couldn't open the lock with the "emergency code provided by the agent. Resorted to an "emergency" real-estate type lock box containingkeys that was situated on the property.

Nice house! Loved the Master Bedroom!!
Only a couple of things of which none were have led me not to stay. The throw pillows seemed to be dingy and really didn't look very clean. Maybe replacing them with some new ones. Also pool and grill were not very clean and back lawn needed to be mowed. I am always cold and was unable to find a heavier blanket for the bed. Overall, however, we really thoroughly enjoyed the house and had a pleasant stay. We were able to access the lock and enter the property with no problems from your instructions.

Close to all sporting events and shopping. Jon was very quick to come over and get the pool heater going for us. House could do with a good cleaning. Grass in the back needs to be cut. Extra loungers around the pool would be nice to accommodate 4 people as there were only 2 chairs around the pool. Smith family

restful and quiet stay
Lovely very clean house with good layout and a variety of bedding choices. Kitchen was icely stocked and neighborhood was clean and quiet (okay, it's near a major medical center, but the sirens weren't too bad). Short distance to Surprise Sports Complex and Peoria Sports Complex. (everything is a drive in Phoenix, right?), but many good options for restaurants pretty close and a great park for kids to play in a short distance away (Friendship Park). Loved the experience, however, was surprised that after paying a cleaning fee, it's required to strip beds and get a laundry going for the cleaner!! That's a first time experience for that and hope it's the last). Would have enjoyed the use of the pool, but heating it required additional fee (we didn't mind paying), but since there were renters in there before us, it wasn't possible for them to go in and turn on the heat (?). So wait, if you have back to back renters for the entire season, no one gets the pool heated? hmmm.......better run that one by me another time.

Comfy, roomy and perfect!
We were in town for my son's graduation. This house was located near everything so we were able to easily get around. It accommodated 5 of us quite comfortably. The pool was a treat after long hot days. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, I would say have the bug people and yard people come later in the day. We were awoken early and kept awake by all the yard machinery. Bug guy was quiet but I had to ask him not to do interior as some people were still sleeping.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, very homey. Would for sure stay there again.
The only thing that would make the stay more comfortable is having some lounge chairs for the pool area. Other then that there is everything there that is needed for a home away from home.

Exactly as described! Perfect vacation rental for family meeting up!
The place was amazing! It was exactly as described in the posting. Our family with 2 kids from Michigan and parents from California fit perfectly. the house made it easy and convenient without having to worry about every time you were hungry or just wanted a snack. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again in the future!

5 Old Guys at Spring Training
The five of us had a great stay in this location. While we couldn't figure out how the pool cleaner worked, we were able to use the pool just fine. Accommodations were adequate and were fine with us. Location was perfect for the ballgames we were going to.

A nice home away from home
Ample space for our 7 family members, 6 adults and one child. I did not give it 5 stars as the nice sized pool was not heated. We loved that we could see the hot air balloons from the backyard early in the morning. Lots of shopping choices close to the house as well as short drives to some of the Spring Training ballparks.

Spacious 3 bedroom Home
The home is exactly as pictured. We appreciated the addition of an outdoor gas grill. The home has some cosmetic updates, new bedroom carpeting and new furniture. The beds are comfortable. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are typically small. The home would be crowded for more than 6. An additional television in the queen bed room, clock radios and bedside lamps would be useful. There are plenty of linens and the kitchen has adequate dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. We were never disturbed by any neighbourhood noise or traffic although the back yard is on a main street. The fenced, unheated pool is very small and no lounge chairs proved to be a disappointment, preventing us from relaxing outdoors and enjoying the beautiful Phoenix weather. There is plenty of room for them on the lawn, if not by the pool. I would not recommend this home for an active family with young children or teens, but it was adequate accommodation for us, convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, the airport and major highways.
