We had a great time staying at this property while out in AZ for spring training. We did need to Uber most places but expected this and found the area we were in felt safe for walking/running as well. We enjoyed all of the space, everything was very clean, and we would have enjoyed the pools had the weather been nicer!! We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and very nice accommodations!
Loved that each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom. Really nice! Got to enjoy the pool & hot tub in the evening after spring training baseball games. Coffee provided! Yea! Icemaker didn't work but mgmt very responsive & brought over ice which was great. Also nice to have boardgames/poker chips to play as group. The only issue was that we thought we could walk to restaurants, bars, stores, etc. but this was residential even though located off a busy street. (We incurred a lot of LYFT expenses but we would definitely come back - we would just need to rent a car.) Thank you!!

All the necessities
Nothing fancy about this place. But it is clean and spacious. Some things are dated but if that doesn’t bother you it’s ok. Seems like a nice safe neighborhood.

Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen was very tossed together and not very accommodating. The pool was not useable as it was very cold, not clean and green as well as the hot tub.

Recently stayed 10 days. This property was everything as advertised, clean, accommodating, and close proximity to all areas in Phoenix. Plenty of cooking supplies, pots, pans, and outdoor grill for cooking. Safe, clean environment, great neighborhood, 3 pools to choose from. Property mgr quick and easy to communicate with. Great place
