The charge for heating the pool is $95 per day.  Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

We have a local professional cleaning company that cleans for us and a local laundry facility that cleans our linens for every reservation—assuring you of a clean home for your stay.

There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Do you offer concierge services?
A. Yes! We are partnered with Key, which can provide anywhere from a private chef to a massage therapist and grocery deliveries. These are local third-party services that we assist in arranging and are NOT affiliated with House and Home Vacations.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Very nice home and great location. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone had their own private space. The amenities provided in the home were great. The pool table, card table and putting green made for a fun family game night. This is a very nice, clean and well maintained home.

Awesome house for our family of 9 adults - very spacious and comfortable. Manager was very responsive to all our needs via text. Liked having garage access and keyless entry. Great house!
The house was extremely clean. Loved having all that space , plenty of restrooms. The water temperature in the restroom near the laundry room was either too cold or way too hot. We did have to go out and buy a few things like coffee, creamer ,sugar salt and pepper and finally trash bags as we were only provided with one, which I felt was a bit strange. Outside of that we planned meals yo prepare during our stay so were provided with plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

We were a group of five older gearheads attending the January Scottsdale auctions. The house, with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, was the perfect size for our group and conveniently located to all of the auction events and our favorite restaurants. Communication beforehand with the host was beyond perfect with any questions we had literally answered within minutes. It was well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc., and all the fluffy towels anyone could possibly want or use. Just bring coffee with you and you're all set!

Golf trip in Scottsdale
each year we take a golf trip and have been to Scottsdale a few times now. The property was very conveniently located to everything we needed to do. As for the house, it was fine. The layout is a little funky and the air ducts didn't seem to blow air effectively into rooms. One of the rooms had a portable AC machine with a duct leaving the house which was noisy for the guy who had to sleep in that room. Backyard was nice and we enjoyed watching sports on the outdoor tv. Overall, it was a decent house...not the best we have stayed in, but not the worst.

Amazing family home
This house was absolutely perfect we stayed here with 8 adults and 4 children, 1 baby and we fit perfect. The pool was amazing the kids and adults swam all day, the hot tub was a great bonus. Every couple had there own bathrooms which was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was very nice with lots of different styles of chairs and a large table for games or dinner. We cooked 3 big meals and the kitchen was more then accommodating. The home owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Also no need to heat the pool in October. 100% recommend this house for any family vacation.

The house was fine initially, AC unit in the game room area quit working on the hottest day we were there. We also tried running the dishwasher after the first night and there was a very strong rotten smell, it instantly stunk up the whole place! The TV remote in the backyard wasn’t working, not a big deal but worth mentioning so it can be replaced. Overall for how marked up the daily rate was due to the holiday weekend, we are very unsatisfied with our stay.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood. Inside and outside of the time was very clean minus the pool. Water was slightly green but we enjoyed it anyway. Overall good stay with two hiccups. My father in law passed away unexpectedly just days before this trip. I told the home owner I don’t want a refund, and I don’t want to cancel, but I did ask if there was any possibility to push my date back (she was already paid in full). I even offered to show her proof, ultimately I got told no so that was a little frustrating. Our group ended up going anyway due to this and to not lose what we had paid. Secondly, check in was at 4pm and we waited outside in a thunderstorm in front of the house until 430pm while we got clarity on what the entry code to the home was. After that, everything went smoothly.

To summarize the stay it was ok. The property management company was difficult to deal with. Made me just through a lot of additional paperwork and stuff outside VRBO and the contracts didn’t seem legitimate and I honestly thought I was going to be scammed on the property. Luckily that wasn’t the case. The property was nice. The house was poorly equipped if you plan on cooking. The main AC couldn’t keep up really and the additional mini split was not working. Was an ok stay overall. The multiple room and lot of sleeping space was ideal and a good set up.

Fabulous house for a large family
This was such a comfortable house for our family of 9. So practical and well laid out. The backyard is spacious with so many seating areas and a great hot tub plus an a orange tree! The beds and linens were clean and comfortable and the hosie was beautifully appointed.

The process to stay here and the people we dealt with were always courteous and professional! The house was very comfortable and had many extras with the pool table, poker table and video game! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great time!
