「Place was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, but it was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever been in, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. But besides the bed great place!」

「酒店离码头不远，位置便利，这也就造成一大早就有轮船靠岸的声音，听得清楚，还有就是晚上附近估计有酒吧之类的，声音很吵，估计要持续到午夜，睡眠不好的人不建议入住。酒店后门出去就是沙滩，方便玩水。洗手台没清理干净，有细沙和胡渣，洗澡水是咸的，会突然没热水，来水后一股脏水，把我的毛巾都弄脏了。早餐还算丰富。房间挺大，一千多一晚不算便宜。估计下次再去不会入住。」

「这家酒店位于码头最左边，下船后就有酒店的员工接船，帮忙提取行李，快艇把我们拉到码头，很快就到酒店了。酒店四楼的海景景色真的很棒，房间也很宽敞，物品齐全，是PP岛少数优越的酒店之一了。中午到的时候餐厅非常多人，应该是旅游团队用餐。早餐食物较少，希望可以改进。总之非常不错咯！」

「Nice environment. Free upgrade of room. No hot water tho we turned on the air con as instructed.」

「Nice room, newly renowated. Good service and very nice staff. There was no window in the room, because there is noise in the area from bars, so to make sure to get a good nights sleep there is no window, but there is one in the bathroom. Would stay here again.」

「皮皮岛确实太商业化了，入岛要交钱，酒店特别贵，但条件确实很一般很一般。」

「Overall very nice hotel, shuttle service was actually working very smooth. Shuttle service to beach or to town was every hour. We really enjoyed the stay. The only downside is pool area, it’s more water park area than pool relax area. 」

「Kiva pieni hotelli ihan Phi Phin kävelykadulla. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Näkymänä ikkunoista toiset talot. Kadun bileet ei kuuluneet huoneeseen mutta huoneen ovi oli todella kevyt ja "rakoinen" eli käytävän kaikki äänet kuului todella selvästi sisään. Meidän ajankohtana hotelli oli kuitenkin rauhallinen, eikä siitä ollut haittaa. Viihdyimme hyvin ja voitaisiin buukata uudelleen, jos haluttaisiin tälle vauhdikkaalle puolelle saarta」
