"The personnel was attentive and responsive. I enjoyed interacting with the front desk person and others. We liked the spacious room and the amenities it had. That said, the bathroom was ill equipped--we had to ask for toilet paper as well as soap and shampoo (all of which was PROMPTLY provided). It turned out that there were no shower receptacles for the soap and shampoo as the other rooms had, so the large refill containers we were given were not very practical for us. The coffee was good...

"When I walked into the room it had a very bad smell in it. Roaches were everywhere. I had to go buy roach spray and a conform set for the bed. The water was brown. It was by far the worst place I've ever stayed in and I'll never even stay there again. "
