"The Anam was the perfect beach hotel in south Vietnam. Fantastic staff and service, very friendly and helpful with very good English skills. The views, rooms, pool and beach were all perfect. "The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed.
