"the area is very peaceful and scenic. excellent place to see all that the rhineland has to offer. lots of places to walk and castle/berg's to visit. spent 2 weeks travelling and resting and didn't want to leave.Stairs to bedrooms a bit tricky to start with. i would recommend and stay again. "Wir haben vier Tage in den Herbstferien im Feriendorf Eichwald verbracht. Das Haus hatten wir zum zweiten mal gebucht, weil wir uns dort einfach wohl fühlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne und sogar auf den Felsen Kriemhildenstein. "The home is located in near the town center, and is very close to public transportation, and a 10-15 min. walk from the train station. The home was comfortable, and cosey. Miss Anne Marie was a wonderful host and was so gracious to us. Miss Anne Marie lives in the first floor, and the apartments she rents out are on the second and third floors. There is no elevator, so I wouldn't say that it is wheelchair accessible. We wanted an authentic German residential stay, and that is what we enjoyed....

"Eine rundum empfehlenserte Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, Küche wahnsinnig toll ausgestattet, man braucht diesbezüglich wirklich nichts von zu Hause mitzubringen. Alles mit viel Herzblut gestaltet und Urgemütlich ohne irgendwie altbacken zu wirken. Gastgeberin ist auch sehr freundlich. Da kein W-Lan verhanden ist, ein guter Ort für Digital-Detox. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder."

"We had a wonderfull stay during our Christmas holiday. The house is small but has everything you would need, we also thought it was very well situated within the 'park', it was very private and beautiful looking out at the forest. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it!"

"The most peaceful setting we have ever stayed in with total privacy. The house has all you could need ...both inside and the garden area. "Lovely area to explore, close to some great towns and attractions including heaps of wineries. Apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. Hosts happy to share their local knowledge which is always appreciated. Even though it was the a hot day 39 degrees the apartment was still nice and cool upon our return. Nice little outdoor area to enjoy as well. Highly recommend staying at this apartment."
