"The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...

"Loved our stay here! Cosy apartment with a beautiful outdoor area. It was so relaxing - we didn’t want to leave. Valentina is a sensational host and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We stayed here without a car and getting around by bus was easy. We also had our 1 year old daughter with us and it was a great place to stay with a baby. The property is very close to the heart of Perugia. Valentina is very knowledgable and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants as well...
