Tolles alleinstehendes Haus auf einer Halbinsel
Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Halbinsel umgeben von Wald. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Sauna und Grillhaus ergänzen das ganze. Ein Boot ist mit einem 2,5 PS Motor vorhanden .(mietbar)

Perfect vacation
Akseli is the Perfect Place for a vacation far away from other people and stress. The house has everything you might need, incl pizza oven, ping pong, lots of space and trees and water :) everything very tidy, lake awesome. Risto is a perfect host that replies very quick and friendly and has thought of everything… thanks for having us!

Sehr tolle Alleinlage auf der Halbinsel, schönes Anwesen mit allem was man für einen Finnlandurlaub benötigt incl. aller Ausstattungen für Fischen, Sauna, BBQ, Sport und Spiel. Absolutes Highlight ist die Holzofensauna und die Abkühlung am Bootssteg. Sehr nett auch das Hauseichhörnchen "Berni"

Superbly designed and provisioned timber style compound in a serene, lakeside location. Impeccable communications and level of cleanliness provided by owners. This amazing property is immenently suitable for small families as well as extended family groups up to 13 persons. One caveat, if you choose this exquisite property, please take excellent care of it because we expect to enjoy it again in the future! Our 11 family members all agree Akseli is as close as we have found to living in heaven on earth.

Spacious quiet very well equipped cabin
Cabin was perfect 5 of us. Very quiet and you could say a bit remote. Nearest grocery is 25 mins drive away so plan ahead. Grill and Sauna areas were excellent (separate buildings which was big bonus). Big deck down at the lake. Maybe 50 yards, but it’s all steps up and down. There is also a lot of outdoor games available. I would recommend.

Kommen gerne wieder!
Wir waren 10 Tage im Winter hier in den Ferien mit unseren Kindern (13/10/8). Die Lage ist toll, es ist friedlich ruhig und die Nachbarn sind ausser sichtweite. Es ist ein schönes Blockhaus mit alleinstehendem Saunagebäude (Holzofen). Die Inneneinrichtung ist zwechmässig, aber schon etwas älter. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist komplett, es hat Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Gefriertruhe & Kühlschrank. Es hat einen TV mit DVD-Gerät. Auch Waschmaschine & Tumbler sind vorhanden. Wir können uns vorstellen, wieder hierher zu kommen.

Magnificent Cottage and Grounds in Finnish Nature
My husband and I spent four nights at Akseli Cottage October 1, 2010. The home is spacious, fully equipped for the handicapped and beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences. Great kitchen. From the living room/dining area, one looks out at an unobstructed view of pristine lake and forest. Lovely walk down to private landing and beach front. It was a great retreat for two. We took day trips from the cottage. Also took the rowboat out on the lake. The cottage is really a compound of a few buildings with an amazing soccer field and large area for children to play, so it would also be ideal for larger families or grandparents, kids and grandchildren. I highly recommend this secluded, yet modern and well furnished cottage.

Outstanding accommodations: nicely built and very comfortable 3-bedroom log cabin equipped with the modern appliances (last model washer, dryer, refrigerator, dish-washer, 2 flat-screen LCD TVs with satellite reception, air conditioner units) and 21st century technology such as wireless door looks, remote sensing electric switches, handless faucets, etc); detached sauna with living room and bathroom with 2 showers; sophisticated covered grill; swimming/fishing/boat deck; covered car-port for 2 cars that also accommodates a fantastic ping-pong table, small football field with 2 goals, badminton net, basketball board. 2. Great outdoor surroundings: gorgeous virgin forest with plentiful wild berries and mushrooms, beautiful lake with clear water; very quite remote location with no neighbors within half a kilometer. Perfect place for outdoor oriented people. It was a dream vacation – 5 stars out of 5.

Wonderful stay in June
I only would like to say that the villa is wonderful (because of the house and the landscape, which is stunning) and recomend it to everybody. We didn´t have any problem during our stay (3 nights) in June 2009.
