Superbe semaine avec vue sur la plage du Trestraou
Appartement au RDC, idéalement situé (à un escalier privatif de la plage du Trestraou). Très propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour famille avec 2 enfants ou ados. Enfin merci à Angelique pour son accueil.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Schöne Wohnung von einem wunderschönen Rosengarten umgeben mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Tolle Lage. Fußläufig Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker erreichbar. Zum Strand in 2 Minuten. Basis für einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr netter freundlicher Kontakt.

VUE EPOUSTOUFFLANTE
Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la sympathique Angélique très ponctuelle et qui nous a remis les clés et fait l'état des lieux. Charmant petit appartement idéalement situé à proximité des restaurants, une boulangerie et d'un petit carrefour express ouvert même jusqu'à 22h en semaine. Le tout à 5mn à pied en descendant l'escalier par le magnifique jardin rempli de fleurs. Très belle vue de l'appartement vers la mer et la plage. On peut assister au lever du soleil et aux marées. Merci au propriétaire qui a été également très arrangeant avec nous niveau horaires d'arrivée. Je recommande vivement et on y retournera avec plaisir surtout que le sentier des douaniers part de l'arrière de la maison pour de magnifiques ballades le long de la côte de granit rose.

Appartement superbement situé avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de Trestraou Nous avons pu profiter du calme de cette location au pied du magnifique sentier des Douaniers. Rien ne nous a manqué, tout etait parfait.

Situation exceptionnelle en surplomb de et en accès direct avec la plage de Trestraou, un séjour très agréable et lumineux avec vue sur la mer et la plage (sans oublier le bruit des vagues!). Ces 2 atouts majeurs font tout-à-fait oublier le côté vieillot du reste de l'appartement ( par ailleurs bien équipé ), et l'absence de terrasse extérieure. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Très bien situé mais voisinage bruyant
Appartement très bien situé, donnant sur la superbe plage de Trestraou et au début du sentier des douaniers. Nous regrettons juste que le petit escalier qui mène à la mezzanine craque beaucoup. Mauvaise isolation sonore avec l'appartement du dessus : une personne bougeait les meubles tôt le matin et tard le soir en faisant son ménage... N'ayant qu'une semaine de vacances nous aurions aimé nous reposer davantage.

Magnifique location où nous avons passé, mon mari et moi, un excellent séjour. La propreté, le confort et la vue magnifique sur la mer étaient au rendez-vous. Traumhafte Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ehemaligen Hotel (?), das in verschiedene Appartements unterteilt wurde. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster auf die nördliche Bucht von Perros-Guirec ist traumhaft. Nach wenigen Minuten Treppenabstieg ist der Strand erreicht. Dort legt auch ein Boot mit einer Rundfahrt zu den "Les Sept-Iles" ab - dringend zu empfehlen! Direkt oberhalb des Anwesens beginnt jener Abschnitt des "Zöllnerpfades" in Richtung Ploumanach/Tregastel, auf dem die Monumente der "Rosa Granitküste" nach einer knappen Stunde Wanderung beginnen - absolut überwältigend ... Einen Abzug gibt es, weil die Wohnung muffig riecht (Feuchtigkeit im gesamten Bau) - aber man gewöhnt sich daran. TV ist vorhanden, aber ausschließlich mit französischem Programm. Für Kindern gibt es direkt auf dem Anwesen keine Spielmöglichkeiten.

Der Blick und die Lage sind außergewöhnlich, die Ausstattung enthält alles Wichtige. Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafbereich ist etwas steil, könnte für ältere Personen etwas schwierig sein. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la plage de Trestraou avec une vue surplombant la baie. La vue est splendide. Il est fonctionnel, très propre et agréable à vivre. Appartement qui n'est pas destiné à la seule location, il est très bien équipé et nous a permis de vivre un séjour très agréable en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants de moins de 8 ans). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, qui ont répondu très vite. Clarté des informations et des échanges. A recommander sans hésitation!

La vue est juste magnifique. L'appart est très fonctionnel et nous a bien convenu : 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 3 ans. La mezzanine a beaucoup plus aux enfants.

Une vue exceptionnelle !
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement de M. Precel. Tout est à portée de main : Le sentier des Douaniers démarre juste derrière le bâtiment, la gare maritime pour prendre le bateau qui mène aux 7 îles est aux pieds, on descend un petit escalier et on est à la plage ! Le rêve... La dame qui nous accueille et assure l'état des lieux de sortie est on ne peut plus agréable, enfin, je recommande vivement cette location. S. Durbiano
