Affordability and space on the beach

Had a great stay in this unit - it's older but priced accordingly so it was perfect for our budget and perfect in space. Everyone got their own room and the unit has more square footage than most spaces. Outdoor hot tub was a plus, indoor pool and workout room were good, too. Grounds were very clean and just a couple minutes to walk to our favorite spots - the Florabama and Florabama Yacht Club. Will definitely come again!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Spanish Key Condo. We specifically rebooked it because of the views, the wonderful rooms and customer service. It’s close to many stores or attractions as well. We’ll definitely be returning!

Just right!

Everything was clean and awesome. A simple and easy walk to the beach. Growing up in the Mobile area I was proud to call this kinda sorta home for a few days!

Overall good but needs attention

Overall a nice condo and great complex. Unit has some items that need repair…ice machine in bar area did not work, only one heating element in oven so took a long time to heat up, entry light too dim to see for laundry use, garbage disposal was not working at first, one bedroom did not have drawer storage.

I loved the location of the condo and the ease of the pool and beach access. The condo has plenty of room but the living area needed an additional comfortable chair or two. There were numerous repairs that need to be made and they were all reported to Vacasa.

Spanish Key Condo #304

Very nice...only problem was the coffee pot did not work...there was another one stored in the cabinet but it too had some problems. The third coffee pot in the cabinet did not work as well. We played around with the second one and was able to make some coffee but the unit needs a new one. Also would be nice to provide coffee filters...I had to use a paper towel the first morning. Overall...great place and I plan to rebook in the future.

Lovely condo but issues with management

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful view of the gulf. The indoor pool was heated and nice clean beach access from downstairs. That’s being said, I could not give five stars because of how this listing was managed. Check in was listed at 4 pm but long story short we waited outside until 5:30 while the cleaning staff prepared the unit. The manager apologized for this which was ok. Parking for renters is across the street with no crosswalk. There was construction on the building that at one point involved a man outside our balcony so we had to close the curtains while we ate breakfast. This didn’t ruin our trip but these details would’ve been good to know in advance because I honestly wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known.
