The location and condo was great for us. We especially liked that there were beach chairs, toys, an umbrella and a cart to get it all down to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again.

A very nice place to stay
Everything about the property was just as described. We enjoyed our unit which was clean and well stocked, except could use more plates and bowls (the only negative). The pools were fun for the kids, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. I’d definitely recommend!

It was very easy to find what we were looking for and rent through Vrbo. Condo was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The pools are great for families with kids, nice beach access, tiki hut food and drinks were convenient.

The online description was point one. It was a very nice place very clean the property was very clean the beach front was great with the chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely return to this location. before we showed up we already had our parking lot codes and our room codes which made this very nice. we did not have any issues. we thank you for this enjoyable trip and we will definitely be back .

Great Place!
I'm picky and this rental was very clean and smelled wonderful. Had plenty of items (tp, towels, soap, etc.) that lasted us for the whole week. No need to bring any beach items; they have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails, shovels, sand castle tools and much more. Because there were so many pools it never seemed like it was too crowded, which was nice for a change. There were plenty of dishes and such to last us for several meals including casserole dishes and pans. The boys loved the bunk beds (Netflix)as well as the California King that was in the master bedroom. The room had a great view of the entire facility as well as a partial ocean view. We spent our Anniversary at the Emerald Coast Zoo (tour was well worth it, we loved Rick) and got close closeups with the animals. I highly encourage this especially if you have kids. We ate at Rockin Tacos at sunset, sitting on the patio looking at the pier enjoying a delicious meal! I could not asked for a better way to spend our 14 Year Anniversary. We decided to rent a pontoon boat from Extreme H2O and spent 8 hours in the Bay and visited Crab Island. First time on a boat with the boys and we all had so much fun. We can't wait to come back here and stay. Perfect location for restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Last but not least THE BEACH...It was so clean! I was expecting to find bottle lids, cigarette buds and glass. No, not at all! I looked and could not find anything, trash related. The ocean was shallow where we were at and could see to the bottom. We did not see 1 jellyfish and spent 4 days in the ocean. Waves were at the perfect height for the kids to play with the boogie boards. Perfect vacation! I would recommend this place to everyone.

My family just stayed at the Waterscape and loved it. From the clean beach, to the awesome pool and of course the bunk beds with Netflix! It was a great trip for us and we very much enjoyed ourselves. We will be back! Thank you!
