This cute home is close to stores and the Naval Air Station. The price is right and it had all the amenities. My only suggestion is a new mattress for the bed. Thank you for the accommodations.

This house was exactly as listed. Wonderful location from downtown and the beaches. Convenient location for highway access. Was in town for work for a week and I was able to enjoy work and find time for play. Loved the yard for my fur baby and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Definitely will book again when I’m back in town.

Clean but very old (105yrs), AC couldn’t cool, door code didn’t work x2, lock box holding key wouldn’t open and representative lied about some compensation (NOT). We left 1day early due to all the problems we had. Vacasa left us very disappointed to say the least.

Where to begin? The combination needs to be fixed. The door lock is not standard, and no instructions are provided. The internet could have been faster. Tiles are coming up off the floor in the bathroom. Be careful when you rent this property as it is across the street from a cemetery - yes, they do post a picture, but it looks like it was taken from a mile away, and it is the last picture on the slide.

We reported several problems. Only 2 were resolved. The fenced backyard was covered in dogpoop. Directions for electronics were poor. Door knob for bathroom was missing. Rail on front steps rusted out and wobbly. Bath tub was re-fitted claw foot with no grab bars. Slippery and difficult for elderly (us). The temp got down to 30 degrees our first night and there was no blanket for the bed.

The layout of the cottage was great and pet friendly. The area of town was run down and very unattractive. The sofa coverings needed replacing or cleaned. The cottage was very hot (June) and took a while before we could get comfortable there. Since we were expected it seems the cottage would have been cooler. The back yard was fenced but the outside lights were not working. The toliet in the only bathroom would not flush without raising the lid and manually adjusting. Too much money for the service and issues.

The interior was decorated beautifully. In the morning when there was more light we noticed bathtub had not been scrubbed and there was mold on shower curtain. Everything metal in bathroom was rusty…toilet roll holder, rack for towels, toilet bowl brush holder. The shower curtain did not go all around bathtub so when you took a shower it sprayed on wall. The house was very old and the floor shook the whole house when you walked in it, the couch was uncomfortable, the bed was uncomfortable, we left a day early because our shoulders hurt so bad. we paid extra for our two dogs per night. in the backyard we picked up at least 50 piles of dog poop from previous renters. This house appealed to us because of the decor and you could have dogs and supposedly close to the historic district. we like to walk and would have but did not feel safe in neighborhood

My husband and i stayed at the property for 30 days. It was a nice quiet house with a big fenced in yard. It was perfect for our dogs. Even though some houses in the area were a little shabby, there was a good amount of house construction and rehabbing going on. It was easy to walk our dogs in the area and the neighbors were nice. It's an easy drive to downtown shops and restaurants and the beaches. The house is older but has been modernized. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. A mirror above the sink would have been nice.

A little dated, but definitely a great place to stay. Love the farmhouse style fixtures! The only thing that would have made it better is a new mattress on the bed. Would stay here again. I give it an 8 out of 10!

This property surprised me with how cute, elegant, and beautiful it was. The property owners called us to check on us a couple times to see if we needed anything and were so kind and sweet! We had the best experience and I would highly recommend this property. We felt so comfortable and at home. It was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach

It was very cutely decorated, and the bed was very comfy. The only thing I would change is putting a bathroom door adjacent to the bedroom as well.. the one door just wasn’t doing it for us
