「Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus und den tollen Pool genossen! Der Empfang im Casa della Zia war herzlich und alles sehr gut vorbereitet! Viele der guten Tipps konnten wir umsetzen und die Abruzzen mit den freundlichen Menschen und dem sehr guten Essen in verschiedenen Restaurants erleben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage!!」

「We have family about 30 min away. The location was perfect. We did get a little lost finding the villa but the host Valerie helped us all the way. Valerie was amazing she couldn’t do any more for us. I would recommend not arriving in the dark unless you know the area. The views are amazing you could never get bored! You will need a car to get around the roads are so quiet and so smooth to drive on (we have lots of pi holes were we live). Great if you love cycling like my partner he rented a bike...

「We added this stop to the end of our two week Italian vacation of the big cities. It was just what our family needed to decompress. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and the house is so very impressive. The pool was great for the kids and the Adriatic Sea is a nice drive through the countryside if you want a beach day. We hopefully will be back in the future. It is a big house for 4, but it gave our family a chance to spread out after our long vacation together!」

「Nous avions l appartement de l etage avec une grande terrasse. Elle etait tres agreable! L endroit est tres propre et est tres fourni au niveau accessoires de cuisine. Les espaces sont grands et bien entretenus. L endroit est tres bien situé et en meme temps au calme. Merci Giacinta.」

「We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and...

「ferienhaus in einem absolut sauberen zustand. alles vorhanden. top ruhige lage. pool in einem super zustand und auch richtig tief . ca 2,3 m im hinteren bereich ,vorne dann etwa 1,3 m. das wasser wurde regelmässig überprüft. kurz und knapp eines der besten ferienhäuser der letzten 25 jahre. betreuung durch luca allerbestens. sonnencreme nicht vergessen!」

「The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. The highlights: the pool is really big and has shallow end...

Close to the seaside and the cycle path of the Trabocchi but also close to the small village of San Vito and the shops. 「Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to anything (each way) and the only way to and from the train station is by taxi which isjt cheap so bear that in mind 」
