"Very happy with the location! The place we stayed was cozy and warm and inviting! Big fan of the hot tub! The only recommendation that would make this place spectacular is making some possible updates/new renovations to the house that would make it stand out/shine!"

"House is outdated and needs improvements. Beds were ok. Twin beds were squeaky. Exterior door was hard to lock. Owner communicated that it’s scheduled to be fixed. I understand mice issues but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be mousetraps set in the kitchen. Deck was dirty. AC units worked fine. Does have Wi-Fi. "

"Such a perfect location! The cottage is right on the water, amazing views from the living room, porch and dock! It’s close to everything you could possibly want to explore. We did a day in Canandigua and another day near Penn Yan checking out breweries. The cottage itself was clean and spacious. Filtered water was a nice touch. It had everything we needed. Definitely hope to come again."

"We had lovely week at this cute little house. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to create a nice meal. The hottub was welcomimg after a long day of hiking. The location was in close proximity to the wineries and trails. "
