"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"It was updated but the walls were thin allowing to hear everyone's alarms at 5am."

"Check in staff were great! Smelled like expected or old urine. I think the whole building needs a once over because the property itself in the location is actually pretty good."
