"We were very pleased with the property! A few minor things that did not detract from our overall impression - barbeque had not been cleaned and propane tank felt that it was nearing empty but property manager remedied that by quickly delivering a new full tank and brush to clean barbeque. Pump on water cooler not working properly. Also fire pit had not been cleaned out by previous guests, but it was either to windy or too hot/humid to have a bonfire anyway! Everything you could imagine was there...

"We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Cedar House for our stay while our son was married in nearby Kingsville. The cottage is bright, super clean, so comfortable with a wonderful backyard oasis fronted by a river with kayaks and fishing, our grandsons were kept as busy as they wanted to be. Everything we could imagine needing was available. The cottage was quiet and peaceful and nestled in a garden sanctuary of flowering bushes and plants! We look forward to another visit!"

Communication with the owner went smoothly and the place was sweet: simple and nice furnishings, clean and very spacious. It needed a bit of an air out when we got there but all else was very good. :)"

"We enjoyed the house it provided the relaxing atmosphere our family needed before starting the hustle of school and sports. House is beautiful from the moment you step in and view Lake Erie. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck right on the water. Our boys enjoyed fishing in the marsh areas down the street and playing in the lake at the nearby beach area. All within a 2 minute walk from the property. Will definitely be back soon. "

"We had a beautiful stay with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was super clean, roomy and exactly if not better than described. We had a little hiccup at check in but easily addressed by Paul who was very communicative! We loved the front and back porch for coffee and the hot tub for relaxation. We will be back. "

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay! The cottage is tiny but has everything you need although it can be very warm. The view is stunning and the beat location! You will need water shoes as its very rocky and the sand can get very hot.
