"Our stay was just what we needed! In the hustle and bustle of every day life, we sometimes forget about the beauty around us. This property helps you to remember that. You are surrounded by woods, water and wildlife. It was the most peaceful place we have stayed to date. The entire time we were there, we never heard any noise from neighbors and you are far enough out to not hear traffic. The house was absolutely perfect! "The cabin is located near the back of the property. You can’t see it from road. It’s a gem of cabin. Might feel a little sketchy (per my daughter) driving down driveway, but I assure it is NOT! Cabin was clean and spacious. I definitely see staying a weekend here to enjoy the creek area. The sand was a bit aggravating as we were attending formal events, but nothing a little wet cloth didn’t fix. Great stay! "

"If you’re looking for a place where you can stay on property the entire time and not see another person the entire stay, OR a place to fill your stay with all the activities you can fit in, this fits the bill. This cabin is our favorite getaway spot and this was our fifth time here. Bill and Karen are the best hosts, and communication with them is so easy. We always come away from our stay relaxed and recharged, and are already ready to come back!"

"Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs."
