"Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay. "

"This place is located minutes away from famous Patong Beach street, and less than a min to bunch of high end restaurants, Also behind the otel is zero to beach, view is amazing. It is aplace from the movies. Patong area is little far from the airport, but well worthed to visit. Otel stuff are very respectful and friendly, and helpful to any of your need. They well deserve the tip."

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "

"Pros: staff is amazing, cute property, clean, and walkable. Cons: Property has 3 different properties if going with friends don't expect to stay on the same building. AC stopped working the first day. "

"This property had everything I needed, really close distance to everything in Patong. Clean enough and 24hr reception. They’d clean my room daily. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggestions for transport and things to do. Would recommend! "
