"A property in the center of it all, walkable to many places in Manhattan. Fun bar area downstairs and lounge area on the second floor to hang out. Room is very small, but likely most hotels in the area are like this. Service could be improved in the restaurant and at the front desk. I was informed of a daily $10 resort credit since I was a HHonors member, but not told that daily bills have to be put on the room for the credit to apply at checkout. Additionally - towels were refreshed but...
