"This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are what make it. Very friendly and accommodating, food is lovely with plenty of choice. I don’t tend to eat meat when I am Away but they had plenty to choose from. Drinks are great and they have entertainment on every night until 11 which is great, a good couples hotel "

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. "The location is brilliant: close to the bus stop, a tour meeting point, restaurants, cathedral, and a great seaside view from the restaurant on the top. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was stunning. They offer a wide range of food and the quality was great as well as the piano gig. My favourite was egg tart. Just a building itself was old. "Everything was great with this hotel -the location & quietness especially, and the ambience in lobby area was great too. Only experienced a tiny hiccup in restaurant in one evening, as we turned up without booking and the lady staff made us feeling totally unwelcoming and kept us waiting for 3 minute or so without any greeting nor smiling/eye contact, luckily another male staff turned up and took us to table & settled, we ended up having a lovely evening again- appreciated! "

Good little hotel right on the water.

"We decided to stay at the Inatel at the last moment when we arrived in Albufeira. We upgraded an oceanfront room with a balcony. The room was directly on the beach. It was lovely to sleep with the door open to the sound of the waves and to have a terrace with a view of the ocean. The room is a little dated. But, it’s not tiny. And it’s close to everything and convenient to old town and the shops and restaurants. It was clean, had everything I needed, the AC worked and the breakfast was decent. It’s a good little hotel for the price for a few nights. I was more than satisfied with it and would stay there again. "

Great resort

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort. It is a pity we did not spend more time to enjoy the facilities there during our short stay. Staff was friendly and we were given options not to have our towels changed to be more eco-friendly. I would definitely stay there again."

"An amazing all inclusive hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Food options on the bufet changed every time, even from lunch to dinner. Great selection of drinks, cocktails and fresh natural juices at the bar. The only minus for us, was that we had to pay to use the indoor pool that in our opinion should be included, specially if you have to pay every day you want to go there. Parking on site is plenty, and they have a free minibus shuttle service that will take you to the old town. We will defenatly come back."
