"Our overall experience was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was looking a little tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean. Our first day by the pool was ruined by a bunch of rowdy men shouting and swearing, hence we went to the beach and never went back to the pool. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent though the bbq grill at the muthu garden was absolutely terrible. Firstly they argued we had not booked but i could quite cleary see my name on the list....
