"Strange thatva 4* hotel doesn't provide kettle and tea and coffee in the room. No cups, nothing."

The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

Luxurious amenities use and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the extra small touches eg mini notes, biscotti in the room and farewell gift bag. Staff were friendly and wonderful. "

"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! Great breakfast with tons of selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to easily access Cortona. "

Located in the most central pedestrian street of the city with the most important attractions as well as stores and restaurants nearby. Efficient and friend staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and fruits."

"Stunning romantic hotel in a beautiful setting. Lovely rooms, gardens, and pool. The food was lovely and the staff amazing. My only complaint was an added charge for any a la carte items in the breakfast which is included in the hotel charge. For the type and cost of the hotel, this should be included."
