SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite is to die for! It dons a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, 65” SmartTV and access to the front deck. The master en suite bath, is light-filled and as large as the bedroom. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities, a large soaking tub, a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower with dual showerheads.
Bedroom two with en suite has a queen bed with ceiling fan. The 2nd en suite bathroom has a single vanity and a large walk-in shower with barn style sliding glass doors. Bedroom 3, also with an en suite bath, has a very cool ceiling fan/light combination. The en suite has a single vanity and a large walk-in shower with barn-style sliding glass doors.
Another full bath , #4, is off the hallway which has a single vanity and large walk-in shower.
All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home from the back entrance into the large great room. Walk into the stylish living area with a gas-burning fireplace, a large sofa with seating for 4 or more along with side puffs and an ottoman flanking the wall of stacked stone with a gas fireplace and 65” SmartTV equipped with basic cable and Netflix. You can watch the game or your favorite shows from just about anywhere in the great room.
Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The dining table seats up to 12 people. It’s a very large wood table with bench seating one side, 5 chairs on the other side and 2 chairs at the heads of the table. The ceiling to floor wall of windows accordions open to the front patio and the great views of downtown Paso.
Next to the living area is the gourmet kitchen which features two large granite peninsulas with a prep sink on one side and a large stainless-steel sink on the other side. Seating for 8 surround the peninsulas with wooden stools facing the kitchen. Guest can entertain the chef while they prepare a meal on the 6-burner Z-line stove or using the oven. The stainless-steel appliances include: a French door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom, dishwasher, a multi-functional convection oven and a 6-burner Z-line stove with large bottom oven. Small appliances include a wafflemaker, blender, stand-up mixer and Instapot, along with every kitchen gadget you could possibly need make it the perfect kitchen to prepare the simplest meals to a gourmet 6-course delight. Perfect for pairing with your latest Paso wine acquisitions.
The final area in the great room is the media room, just off the kitchen, with a 50” SmartTV and two leather lounge chairs…perfect for watching the game or having a quiet conversation.
All of the great room areas have door access to the exterior patio areas.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The front patio, facing southwest with great views of the downtown area has a few seating areas. Off the dining area is a lounge with two cushioned teak sectionals with seating for 5, a coffee table, end table and serving tray. A gas power fire pit is there for cozy warmth while you take in the view and the star-filled skies.
A second seating area on the front patio has a wooden loveseat and two side chairs with a coffee table…a perfect spot for enjoying the morning air and a cup of joe.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away is DK's Donuts (open 24 hours per day). A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea's on Pine and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
ACTIVITIES
