"Look the hotel is generally lovely & the receptionist really delightful. The room when we first entered was also great and had a wonderfully warm, homely feel to it. But the bathroom was pretty dire in most respects with confusing taps and a shower system that was cheaply put together and simply didn’t work at all well with a separate and really uninviting loo area. It’s a shame the bathroom lets this hotel down because otherwise it’s excellent and pretty good value for money. "
