"Very close to the Lincoln Center. Great location! Missed seeing the rooftop. I was not clear about the cocktail thing, because I don't drink. If it was clearly stated it was a restaurant I may give dine there. I also don't know if I am allowed to be there without ordering food. I guess I should have asked. Bathroom: the toilet tank from time to time would release sound, affecting my sleep. The handle of the shower somehow was loose, hard to get the hot water. I tried to call the front desk, the line was always busy. Otherwise, a convenient and quiet stay. "

"Perfect for me and my mom for New Years. At first, I was concerned about the shared bathroom, but it's actually one toilet and one shower in a door key accessible room so really it's a private bathroom, but it's in the hallway but only one person at a time can use it. I wish I would've known that part because I would've booked it sooner for the entire trip, but I was turned off by them advertising shared bathroom, but really to me that's still private. The beds were comfortable and the TVs on each bed are great because my mom loves to watch the news and I don't so us being able to watch what we wanted on our own TVs was awesome. The rooms were small, but that was OK for us. We still had everything we needed. There's still a sink in the room for you to wash hands and brush your teeth and things like that. I thought the rooms were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind as well."

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little overwhelmed. I understand it happens sometimes, but the rude employee never apologized or even acknowledged me again while I waited, like he told me to do. The other worker helped get our luggage to the room. Other than that isolated incident, the service and experience were great, as usual. "
