HOUSE RULES
Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.
No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
COVID-19 POLICY
***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:
1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.
2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.
3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.
4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.
5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.
6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.
7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.
Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.
