We had 4 people total starting in this lovely, large, clean home. We were very comfortable. Location was excellent.
However, VERY disappointed with lack of communication with property management.
1) directions to enter the home provided a code to the garage, and they said there would be a set of keys on the kitchen counter. There were no keys & I asked them where are the keys & they said I’m just to use the garage code.
2) This would possibly be just fine, but the garage code was very finicky. I have the exact same panel at my home in Los Angeles, & it’s very simple, so I know how to operate it. We would have to punch the code in several times before the garage would open. One evening upon returning home from dinner, we were outside attempting to get in for about 10 minutes. I called property management & texted, zero reply. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
3) I messaged them asking about fireplace directions bc it wasn’t working. No reply.
4) The day before we were checking out, I asked if there was a possibility for late check out. I would understand if the answer was no, but I was simply ignored. I left TWO voicemails & followed up via message several times. I was ignored & never responded to. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Couldn’t get the sauna working.
Hot tub was hard to access & I didn’t want to take an hour shoveling snow so it sadly went unused. Obviously no one’s fault it snowed heavily; just noting bc I’ve been to other properties with better located hot tubs
